::These empanadas are delicious and the customer service is great. Patiently answered our questions and good fresh hot food. Love this place! And be sure to go next door for desert empanadas!

::Finally, a Puerto Rican restaurant to rave about. Came here on a whim with my mom and grandmother around 6 pm (they close at 7 pm). They lady at the counter, Chachi, attended us and was super nice. We told her it was our first time... she did explain that since they were closing, certain items were not going to be available, such as fried sides as they were cleaning the fryer. Not a problem! They typically have different items each day. However, what they do have daily is peril(shredded pork), chicken, rice, and habichuelas (red or black beans). My mom and I had the Pernil with white rice and Habichuelas Rojas. We cleaned up our plates! It's as if I were back on the island. The taste was amazing. My grandmother had the chicken Empanadas and their baked chicken. She loved it. We will be back. My mom was so happy we found this gem! Thank you for keeping the taste authentic! Puerto Rico vive! 🇵🇷

::Empanada Spanish Grill catered our company Holiday Party. The staff was so accommodating and easy to work with. The food arrived exactly at the agreed upon time. The food was outstanding, authentic Spanish food. Everyone raved about the taste and quality of it. We will definitely be calling Empanada Spanish Grill for future events. A big thank you goes out to your dedicated staff. Best regards, Dianne K. Cording Landscape Construction Midland Park, NJ

::Our dinner was delicious. They have a wide variety of empanadas (as you might expect). Each of us was able to find something to our liking. The beef stew, the roasted chicken and the chorizo dinners with rice and beans made for a delightful dinner, and the price was reasonable.

::Very good. Hard to find good Puerto Rican food in northern NJ. I had white rice, pink beans and pernil. Rice was perfect. Beans had great texture were a bit light on salt but, still good. Pernil had good flavor. Had an alcapurria (see pic). It was more dough than substance. I will pass on this. Also had a cheeseburger empanada (see pic). I was surprised that they are baked because Puerto Ricans fry them. I will not hold it against them because it was excellent. I enjoyed it very much. Prices are fair. I will definitely come back.
