  I have been insured through Emery & Webb since 2012. I selected Emery & Webb after less than wonderful experiences with other insurance brokers. I rely on the expertise of Suzanne French, to remain present and effective in my life, helping me balance my need to manage costs while protecting against risk. Suzanne provides kind, caring and skillful service, helping me insure home, auto, and motorcycle. Emery & Webb is a great organization I will stay with for years to come.

  We have had so many negative insurance related experiences in the past that we simply say "insurance companies suck!" Now after saying that and looking at my review and seeing 5 stars, you may be wondering... After several bad experiences with the insurance industry, we changed companies. That was a short term solution, but didn't appear to be the issue. So we looked for a new agent. Realizing a lot of the issues we were having stemmed from poor communication and lack of follow-up at our long ago previous agent's office, not the actual insurance company. We moved our policies to a local agent and our new service representative was Suzanne French. To say she is awesome is an understatement. She is kind, courteous, listens and speaks in terms that are easily understandable. She is pretty funny too! She has completely changed our feeling on the insurance industry. Suzanne left the agency we met her at and we were so pleased with her service, we moved our business to follow her, which is where Emery & Web comes in... Since moving our policies to Emery & Webb, we have filed a few claims. Suzanne, as always is awesome, but we also have had the opportunity to deal with the claims department at E&W. Their service is equal to that which we've become accustomed to with Suzanne. I would like to say I feel like I truly am in good hands with my good neighbors at Emery & Webb. And no, neither of this companies are ours! Emery & Webb is constantly looking out for your best interests. Whether it's a policy review to ensure you're adequately covered, or shopping other companies to provide you the best coverage for your money. Chances are, you deserve better than the service you're getting with your current agent. Don't lose hope and hate insurance. Give Emery & Webb a call. Suzanne French has never let us down and I believe Emery & Webb knows just how to employ the best of the best to keep their customers and keep them happy.   I have been a client of Emery and Webb for 2 years. I am very impressed with their knowledge and customer service. They always respond in a timely manner and give you a personal level of service. In addition, they hunt for the company that will give you the best pricing. By the way, I was a customer of another BIG insurance company for 20 years+. So happy I changed.

  I have been a client of Emery & Webb for MANY years! Their staff are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Marlene contacted me earlier this year advising that we could realize substantial savings by switching to a different insurance carrier they also supported, which I did. Marlene made the transition smooth and transparent. Thanks for looking out for my family, Marlene! We've realized cost savings without sacrificing coverage. If only other companies I have accounts with would follow Marlene's model of how to convey their value of me as their client.....

  We have been customer with Emery and Webb for over 30 years. We have had nothing but wonderful service from a wonderful staff. Every request we have made, any changes we have done, and situations where immediate attention was required has been handled promptly professionally and always courteously. A special shout out to Collette who came to the rescue with last minute updates to our home owners policy so we could close on the sale of our home on time. We literally came down to just a few hours prior and she got everything done and to the attorneys all while trying to get out of the office to start her vacation ( and celebrate her Sons wedding) . We are very appreciative and grateful for the services we have been provided.
