::Not many things are more aggravating or disrespectful than stating a closing time at an emergency dental office and then closing over a half an hour prior to that. Broke a tooth in half and hurried down here to Emergency Tooth Doctor on Milliken only to find out that at 4:25 they were already closed. No note on the door or nothing. Hours of operation are posted on the front door as 5:00 p.m. closing time. Thanks alot, some "emergency" provider you guys are.

::I called this place for an Endodontist and they referred me to their Tigard location as they had same day availability. I went to the appointment and advised them I needed a CBCT scan, showed them the referral from my Dentist and advised them on a lateral crack in my tooth. The doctor took x-rays, poked around then advised me he is not an Endodontist and that I needed to go to an Endodontist and get a CBCT scan. I questioned why he even did what he did after seeing my referral with clear information of what I needed. In turn, due to my dentist already doing X-rays, my insurance is not covering this visit because X-rays we’re not suppose to be done. This company took advantage of me not understanding what he was doing and trusting he was fulfilling my request. Dr. Pham advised my “insurance should cover the visit” after I told him he had wasted my time and money. After calling my insurance, they clarified I’m only authorized one X-ray per year, this will not be covered. Unless you speak the lingo and know exactly what you’re going in for, don’t trust these people. They’re scam artists.

::Kind people, reasonably good experience at the time... totally wrong diagnosis. Went in with severe pain in one tooth in particular, shooting through my gums. They thought they had ruled out an infection and decided I must be grinding my teeth in my sleep. (I didn't think I grind my teeth, but hey, I don't know what I do when I sleep.) "Can tooth grinding hurt this much? It feels like an infection!" "Yeah, a lot of people say that!" Talked me into believing them and sold me an expensive mouth guard. A few days later a bump appeared on my gum near that tooth. Which I ignored for a while, and then it popped and went away on its own, and I didn't realize I should still be worried... Seven months later, I'm getting a root canal. It was never tooth grinding.

::Went in with an infected and broken tooth that desperately needed to be pulled. The receptionist was clear and efficient. The dental assistant was kind and they printed out my detailed final bill before the procedure they gave me an option to save the tooth with that pricing as well. The dentist was quick and skilled. I was on my way to pick up my prescription with in the hour. Thanks again ETD!

::Had a wisdom tooth that went bad causing an infection in my face. I have had nothing but bad experiences at the dentist as a kid growing up that has developed into a fear of going to the dentist. The team hear was absolutely fantastic. They got me in quickly and took care of my wisdom tooth with no pain. Very kind and respectful. Highly recommend to anyone to visit this dental place. Especially if you are trying to over come your fears. Thank you to this team for helping me overcome mine.
