The clinic is extremely clean, I noticed the floors were constantly mopped. Even the back area where the animals are kept is spotless and had a clean odor. I was initially going to take my pet to blue pearl-Sonterra which is closer until I read a review of someone who a dog there and ended up with MRSA. I’ve worked in infection control and did not realize dogs could get such nosocomial infection, but I know MRSA is nothing to play around with and made me think hand hygiene and sanitizing and disinfecting was lacking at that particular blue pearl. Anyway, I am glad I brought my pet here. The prices are astronomical and I am sure from an operations standpoint it costs more to keep a clinic open 24-7 and to have someone at the front desk, but how much more I am not sure. The receptionists are hit or miss. The first time I called the receptionist was so very rude, I did not want to bother with bringing my pet in but cleanliness trumps customer service. :) There were two very nice receptionist I met. I do think there needs to be more transparency with the pricing, at least a sheet with standard fees/daily rates listed. I heard several people saying they signed up with Care credit which has an outrageous interest rate of 26 percent, maybe higher.

Very professioal, efficient and caring!! Last week I was watching my parent's 4 month old puppies when the more subdued puppy Bandit some how got his leg stuck in the petition of their kennel. I was home for lunch to let them out at the time so time was a issue as well. Once I got him freed, while being peed on 😞, as he was quite frantic, I assessed the situation and tried contacting my parent's vet. I told them that he needed to be seen and would probably need sutures. They got me in that afternoon but by that time they couldn't safely do the procedure and have him ready to go home before closing so off Bandit and I went to the EPC on Broadway. I called on my way in and they were very professional, informitive and friendly over the phone as well as upon our arrival. They got us into a room, with a very capable technician and then Dr. Holmes, within 15 minutes of our arrival. By this time I had been on lunch for more than 3 hours so I rushed back to work feeling that Bandit was in good and loving hands. We were able to pick him up that evening after the sedation wore off and other than his displeasure over his cone of shame he was doing just fine all things considered. As with ourselves emergency care is not always as comfortable or personable as it would be with our primary care doctors but doctor Holmes and the staff at Broadway were excellent. I hope to not need their services again but if and when I do I will have no reservations about going there. Oh and upon pickup they also informed me that they had a credit for me because the bill was less then the original estimate that I had paid 😃!

My boyfriend and I can rest easy knowing our little pug, Hercules, is in good hands. I’ve worked at an emergency vet clinic before, so I know how pricy things can get. The prices here are great considering all the tests they had to run and the overnight care. They never had a problem with us visiting our baby. We are very happy with our service and the care Hercules is receiving!

My dog spent a whole day under care at our regular vet, at their suggestion I transferred my dog here so she could be monitored throughout the night. They couldn't have been more kind and understanding. We knew going in that there was a chance we would be forced to decide if we wanted to continue care. They gave us a full rundown of what they felt had to be done as well as a few options of what we might be looking at down the road. All with a line item run down of costs. The next morning it became obvious that there was nothing more to be done and we decided to have my lovely 14+ year old buddy euthanized. The clinic went above and beyond what was needed to help us make that informed decision. Once made they were compassionate and caring. I would highly recommend this clinic, everyone we interacted with was caring and attentive.

I took my Beautiful puppy Emily to the emergency room with symptoms of Parvo. Although her test came back negative they still treated her for it. She was in there for a week and she was near death on one of my visits. They called me at least 3x a day and showed so much concern and gave me all the information i needed to put my mind at ease. My Emily survived and at 4lbs her chances were slim. Thank you to all the doctors who helped Emily get better I really appreciated your care and concern for her wellbeing and mine. I highly recommend this place for all emergency care needs.
