  I used Emerald Inc. to build out my medical space in San Tan Valley. I can't tell you enough good things about them. They were comprehensive, patient, and thorough throughout every phase of planning and construction. Blair did a fantastic job keeping my project in budget and was a consummate professional in helping me to make the right decisions regarding my design and build out. I faced some frustrating set backs with the build out of my space due to unforeseen circumstances that were out of our control, and throughout these, Blair and Quinten helped me to explore reasonable and affordable solutions. Both the superintendent of construction, and another employee that did my framing and painting were laser focused on detail and quality. The sub contractors that they used were also good! My space turned out great, and I love going to work everyday knowing that my patients and I will have a quality space to be in! I highly recommend Emerald Inc. to any medical professional looking to have a successful build out!
