::We booked last minute on Memorial Weekend. Our room was decent, no major complaints. This is a very dog friendly hotel, so if you don’t like dogs then don’t choose the Emerald Beach. Our dogs enjoyed themselves as did we. Only thing I would change is the carpet flooring in our room. Tile or linoleum would be better for such a dog friendly place. Also, where was the restaurant? It wasn’t on the map so we never found it.

::*ALERT- PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY*. 460$ room we took for the long weekend was a nightmare for us. We wanted to have a beach view from our balcony and we were disappointed after we realized that the balcony sliding door wasn’t opening at-all. Room smelled really old. We were able to hear the complete conversations of the people from the adjacent rooms, the walls were super super thin. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned. No proper lights in the room. Very low maintenance. I don’t want anyone else to repeat the mistake, as we did. We dint care about the reviews which had the same complaints and booked this room. Think before you step into this hotel and Please save your money. I wish I could give any negative star to this beautiful hotel.

::If you're looking for a luxury resort, this isn't it. It is a great, clean hotel with comfortable beds. I loved the room! The front desk was welcoming and professional. They gave detailed directions to our room (I don't think I'd find it on my own). It was quiet and right by the beach. I'd stay again.

::Hot tub was not working. Indoor heated pool was cold, did not feel heated. No towels at pool area as is customary. The room sucked. We had problems with our A/C blowing heat. The pillows were uncomfortable too. The location is good, right on a private beach. Been coming here 15 years, but this might have been the last time. We chose to come on NYE, and fireworks finally stopped around maybe 2 or 3 AM, but that's on us, not the hotel.

::Amazing hospitality! 👏 So Johnny-on-the-spot to make us comfortable when we asked for anything- even though we weren't complaining! I asked to borrow a broom since we had "do not disturb" hanging on the door during housekeeping time. Instead they sent a crew at 7 pm to sweep, take trash out and pick up old towels. And maintenance was there when our phone wasn't working just right. They really care about their guests. I love this hotel!
