  Custom glass job for table top was given with sharp edges--I had to ask to have the 4 corners smoothed. Front office staff including front office manager were condescending and rude. Front office smelled like wet dog and it is very disturbing to have a dog running at you and barking upon entering a place of business--Must have been "bring your dog to work day." I was told to bring a blanket when collecting the item because no wrapping or any type of paper or packing is given. After receiving the bare glass item, the front office staff didn't even have the courtesy to hold the door open as I carried out the over 4ft long heavy fragile glass.

  Overpriced place!!! They do good job, but prices are sky high. I had estimate done for replacing small glass round curved glass. Est. price for 8" diameter was $900.00 +. Not fair at all. Same thing can be replaced for $60.00... Not coming back!

  They installed/applied vinyl film to my bathroom window lites within 24 hours like they promised and did a good job. Nice people and convenient location.

  Kim Zielinski is an awesome artist/glass designer. She looks at your plans with an artistic yet practical approach. She takes the time to listen and asks questions to understand the look and feel you want. She takes your input and offers ideas that I never would have thought of. The personal attention that she offers and the detail that she infuses into her designs make all the difference in the world.
