::Always have a great breakfast no matter What! Then there is happy hour with complimentary cocktails and snake foods. The place is well taken care of. The pool has too much chlorine and the only negative things I have to say are they are a bit pricey and my god someone rescue those poor swans that have nowhere to go just trapped in this tiny "pond". Feel that being this is 2018 that HILTON should have realized that is not classy and just makes them look bad!

::Beautiful hotel and great service but I'll never stay there again and have requested that my company remove from their preferred list. They have swans living in a tiny space that made me and all my co-workers very concerned. Totally unnecessary and abusive. We've reported this to them and hope they make arrangements to correct this animal cruelty situation.

::Hate to write this as I am a big fan of Embassy Suites. This particular hotel is pretty dated. The rooms are good in size and ok overall. During my Stay my TV did not work, nor did the microwave in the room. The hotel staff was friendly overall. Price for parking is very high compared to other hotels. For the price you can probably find a better place to stay.

::My husband and I recently moved to Houston from Arizona and stayed at the Embassy Suites for almost 2 weeks while looking for a place to live. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Truly felt like a home away from home. Rooms were super clean and the kitchen staff was awesome. The front desk staff were always there with a smile and willing to help. Definitely somewhere I will send my family and friends
