We had a phenomenal experience here as always! We had a big family gathering in one of the conference rooms the day before Easter. And as a part of it, we all stayed the night, so we didn't have to worry about driving home late. And let me tell you, the day and night hotel desk clerk (aka Auditor) and all the staff were phenomenal! Plus all the wait staff, and caterer were phenomenal as well. As for the rooms, these are probably some of the best rooms in the Denver metro area! They are all huge, and very clean. And don't even get me started on how comfy the beds were. I have back issues from a broken back and other debilitating back issues. And it's ALWAYS nerve racking to stay in a hotel because you never know how supportive the bed will be. Or if it's caved in etc. But these beds were phenomenal for my back. My wife and I slept like a baby in our room. If you need a comfy room to stay in near the DTC, look no further. This is the hotel you will want to stay at! Plus, every room is a suite, so you will never be cramped if you stay here! We will highly recommend Embassy to everyone we know!

We stayed at the hotel recently as a family because my husband was attending a conference at the hotel. Our experience was pretty mixed. The lobby and common areas are nicely done and have been updated. The rooms, however, are older and could use some updates. They were clean though and had a good amount of space. For being in the Tech Center, the hotel's technology was extremely outdated. The TV was ancient and took forever to turn on and load channels. They had not one kids channel available. The outlet on the lamp on the nightstand wouldn't allow a phone to be plugged in unless you moved the lamp all the way to the edge so the phone charger could hang over the edge. There were two large groups while we were at the hotel, one of which was boys hockey teams, and the hotel did not enforce quiet hours. Because all the rooms open to the atrium, sound echos and near midnight there were boys running around the halls and yelling. The pool is small and we went down to swim and promptly left because there were so many people in the pool that there was no where to get in. Kids were rowdy and splashing water everywhere and the pool literally looked like a wave pool. I was literally afraid my younger child who isn't a strong swimmer would drown. We went back to the pool the next morning when it was calmer and there were no pool towels. The pool water was dirty and cloudy. I called the front desk from the pool because my kids were already swimming and I couldn't leave them to walk to the front desk and she said that housekeeping had already been notified that they needed to bring towels but that she was alone at the desk and could not come over with towels. We were at the pool for 90 minutes and no one ever brought towels. I walked by the front desk on our way back to our room and there were two hotel employees at the front desk. One of them could have walked to the pool with towels as soon as a 2nd person was at the front desk. 90 minutes should have been plenty of time for housekeeping to bring a stack of towels to the pool. I was also disappointed that they filled in the hot tub! For a conference hotel in the Tech Center, a hot tub is a great way to relax after a long day of meetings! The free breakfast had a good variety with a lot of hot options which was nice. My one complaint about the breakfast was that the dining area was filthy. I never saw an employee wipe down tables once during the time we were at breakfast, and we lingered for awhile. There was food spilled on the floor, trash left behind on the tables, food crumbs and drink spills on the tables. The only time I saw someone wipe down tables was when breakfast was over and they were cleaning up to close down the breakfast area.

Nice, spacious room, separated sleeping and sitting/dining areas, clean, plenty of towels, hairdryer & coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was great (made to order omelets) as well as happy hour (mixed drinks and snacks). The staff was always friendly and inviting. It was conveniently located near shops and food places in a great area. Depending on the side of the building your on you are able to see some great Highly recommended.

Great location! By Top Golf, bowling, restaurants, Sprouts, everything you need really. The staff are amazing. Jesse at the front desk was more than helpful when my daughter sprang a bloody nose, really appreciated the compassion and help. The room was clean. The breakfast was tasty. Not too salty either, they allow you to salt your own food mostly, which is appreciated. The breakfast had a wonderful variety. I don't eat pork though, so my meat options weren't there. However, they had plenty of other choices. Just wished they had turkey bacon or sausage too. All in all it was great. I didn't have time for the pool, but I peaked in and it was so lovely. Will be back! Also, I have a family of 5, so when we didn't want to eat downstairs and wanted to dine in our private room, they had no issues. Loved that.

We were visiting from out of town for a wedding. For a very inexpensive Hotel the complimentary breakfast was actually excellent with made to order omelets and a very good assortment of hot items and cold. Unfortunately there was no hot tub and we didn't bother with the pool which was small and I am told so that was disappointing but overall the hotel was a great value and the staff was friendly and helpful. I can't comment on all the amenities but it had all of the basics and for a good price.
