  Horrible. I submitted my visa request through VFS which they check marked everything and approved all documents. But days later I received email from Sweden embassy saying this and not are not right, for ridiculous reasons. They said coverage of insurance need to be at least $37000 where my coverage letter only covers $500. But it says on my coverage letter $500,000!!!! Jesus Christ can you please hire somebody who knows how to count? $500,000 doesn’t equal $500 and I can’t change the counting system in the U. S OK?!

  Swedish embassy is a very modern and accessible facility, in a beautiful area by Potomac River. The staff are very helpful and nice to everybody.

  Absolutely 0 stars. The visa office is totally unresponsive and there is a huge delay in issuing visas. The passport has not been returned even one day before departure.

  Had my interview done here, Got my approval in less than a year, simply amazing! ...great staff and extremely friendly people.

  Excellent! Friendly staff and fast service if you make an appointment. Easy parking in the big garage around the corner. I have renewed both my own and my daughters' passports there several times over the last 20 years. Everyone we have ever dealt with has been invariably friendly, polite and efficient.
