  Terrible customer service from phone calls to in person. During my first visit the gentleman at the counter kept falling asleep and snoring while I was in the waiting area. I waitied an hour to speak to three different people just to come to the conclusion they couldn't help me. The second visit they had no information again but kept telling me "soon" like that means something. The third visit was waiting for three hours. I was told to grab lunch and maybe tea. During this visit a Sudanese family came in and were told their passports weren't ready so the Sudanese embassy personnel came out to have tea with them. Clearly this is the reason I had to wait.

  Waiting for a Letter of No Objection for a whole week, which I do not need since I am the one who applied for a visa for my wife and family to join me

  Very prompt service and excellent response, sent my kids passports to get visa, the passports were back the next day, excellent service, thanks

  I've been here four times (different years) for visa and always amazed by the efficiency of staff. Everything is usually processed on the same day.

  The receptionist at the front is very rude and unprofessional. They need a better team.
