  We stayed here for 9 nights only because we needed to be in Charlotte and this place was the most convenient. Almost all the sites had permanent or long term residents. For those passing through, you will likely get placed on the gravel lot at the front of the park. We were parked under a tree so that was nice. Park is right off a busy street with lots of noise. I never felt unsafe but chose to stay somewhere else the one night my dogs were not with me. The owner was very nice when I checked in. No bath or laundry facilities.

  I'm super excited to be a part of this community. When I tell you the owners have persevered in kindness and doing all they can to accommodate without overdoing it for themselves. They have and are doing a great job. Super clean park. Very safe and quite and did I mention friendly. yes!

  Okay to pull into to just sleep. RVs are really packed in tight. Not much more than enough room to open doors. They said they had hot showers. On the bathroom building there's a sign "unattended shower at own risk". Unattended is a grievous understatement!! Hadn't been touched by a cleaning person for at least 5 years! Toilets were filthy and rusty. Floors filthy and half covered with leaves. Out of curiosity I turned on the shower and it ran liquid rust for a minute before I just shut it off.

  A laundry room is ALWAYS a plus for anyone living there long term (month to month). The spaces from the photos do look crowded, back to back or what some call "all the ducks in a row"...SO, otherwise it may be suitable. I travel and check them out and report back to them as an "area guide". I enjoy that. I ALWAYS try to find one with a laundry room, one that has propane on site and friendly staff. Some have employees, managers and owners with "attitudes". That isn't called for and will run people away rather than bring them in. In this business attitudes need to be left outside! The cleaner the park is and the more well maintained it is the better...nobody wants to spend a week or a month or long term in a pig pen place of course unless they are pigs...A park with a helper or a live on site maintenance man is always a VERY helpful. I was in a park in West Virginia, and my car wouldn't start one morning and the live on site manager wouldn't even try to help me. Said he didn't know of an auto shop (there was one only 3 miles away) and he swore he didn't have any number to call and in general not one bit of help. So a maintenance man or a nice helper is ALWAYS going to be beneficial in my opinion.

  Great place to stay over night or long term. Owners very friendly. Very quite especially in the back area. Only thing missing for and why only 4 star is laundry room. I will come back here every time.
