  Elks Place is important to many mass transit users going to East New Orleans and Jefferson Parish. In the mornings and evenings it is bustling with commuters. There are a few benches but the wait is usually short as these lines are lifelines for commuters . The Tulane, The Morrison, and The Lake Forest to name a few. I rate Elk Place a 5 not based on style or comfort but based on need and relevance.

  🚌 stop off canal st. By tha ol Joy theater lots of young kids hangout smoking pot gambling ! Needing a better police present ?
