  I’m still waiting to hear back from Taylor with my cousin $12k refund check . I’m Legal PoA for my cousin and i filed with this company. But Taylor has blocked me and I’ve reported her to the IRS to solve this matter. She’s being unprofessional and disrespectful. She continually refers me to refund advance. Stating that this 3rd party company has my cousin check. I called this company and they stated that they released her the funds a month ago. Today is 03/ 28/2018 and i still haven’t received my cousins refund.

  Very unprofessional lady. She refused to give me a refund check i had to go through the police and IRS just to make her release my check never ever will i use her crooked service
