  Okay this place should not be given any stars because this girl Kim was very rude to me and she kept asking me if I wanted gel on my acrylic and I kept denying she asked me like 5 times if I wanted gel I kept denying and then the rest of the time she was doing my nails she had an attitude and it was very disrespectful. I was very angry and when she went to do my eyebrows she was angry . Then I noticed the nail polish was messed up on my nail and she was very angry because she had to fix it . My nail is very ugly now and it looks ghetto .my pointer finger nail is crooked.I am very angry and will not be coming back.

  Got a manicure and pedicure. Pedicure went great but my manicure was horribly done! I'm seriously staring at my nails and they look uneven and thick ! Mimi doesn't know how to apply powder on nails. I also asked her to fix one of my nails and she questioned if my finger is crooked. Lol I told her no. so she fixed It and I told her to fix my nails because the powder makes my nails look ghetto! She mention she wasn't done. So I was feed up and paid and left. I'll have to go somewhere else and get them fix

  I used to be a regular here and then I moved on to an independent nail tech. This place is very hit and miss, some staff will pay attention to detail but others just throw your service together. Some are rude and some are very kind, but across the board id say they all want to get you in and out as quick as possible. Which really takes a toll on quality. I typically get dip or acrylic with gel polish and I've come out with bumpy and uneven nails MULTIPLE times. Also, I've spent 50 dollars for the more intensive pedicure and had it take 20 minutes.....Wheres my 10 minute calf massage and scrub lol? They have the potential to be a GREAT place;the atmosphere is lovely and they have good materials as well. I just think they should focus more on reliable quality service and they'd be fine.

  What a shame of their customer service. After being a faithful client for over a year being there every 2 weeks, all of the sudden they wanted to put on extra charges that were not explained beforehand and when I brought it up to the front desk clerk she was very rude about it. The owner didn't even get up to talk to me. They wanted to charge me 1.00 for each tip, 5.00 for shapping the nails and 5.00 for the length. For being such a loyal client have the decency to at least approach me and give some sort of explanation. I would have reacted differently if this was explained beforehand and not while doing the nails. Loved Vicky and Lynn two of their technicians, but sad to say that I will no longer return. I will be going to a place where I'm appreciated. If anybody has recommendations if a good place, please let me know.

  Atmosphere is great! If your just going to feel relaxed then this is a great place for you. They offered drinks, my massage was good, the environment was clean. Now if you have all of this together the quality of work should match the place.. I should leave getting the service I actually came in for which is for my nails to look nice when I leave. My cuticles were not cut correctly and my nails were polished and filed horribly. After paying for the most expensive pedicure. The dead skin was not removed from my feet only a light scrub with a pumice stone which I could do at home.. They talk the whole time!!! If I’m coming to relax I don’t want to hear you laugh and talk to each other the whole time, it is very rude.. Very poor quality of work I will not be returning
