Their spinach pie is the best. I love the miniature greek pastries to bring as housewarmer

I went in yesterday for a quick latte to warm up, before I ordered I asked if there was a minimum for debit card orders which they said was $5. Cool, no problem. I ordered a medium latte, grabbed a croissant and to not be that guy to just hit the minimum, decided to grab an extra treat (marble chocolate loaf bread thingy). The nice lady asked to stay or to go, to which I replied, to stay. Mind you, I looked at all the prices before I ordered, as they are plainly listed above on the wall. I was using my girlfriends debit card and don't like to go crazy with her money. When I go up, plate in my hand as to not leave a mess, they handed me my receipt. $9.60 or something. I asked, "any reason why everyting is $.50 more?". Her initial response was too garbled and mumbled to make out. So I repeated the question, to which she replied "it's because you stayed". Puzzled, I asked "because I stayed?". Which she said "yes". Now, the medium latte was all foam, and yes I know lattes are foamy but this was half the cup foamy. Everything else was good though. But why a penalty to stay at a CAFE for 10 mins? Regardless, nice staff but seriously? Charged more because I sat down in an empty CAFE?

It's the go to place with family and friends! Everyone loves it! Great pastry selections, always fresh. Modern decor and inviting atmosphere. They also have great sandwich selections. I love their mini pastries, as I don't want to have those standard large pastries. Finding parking space might be problematic during rush hour. Metered parking on Bell and along 39th ave. If you don't mind walking few blocks and find free parking, then it's fine.
