  Worst moving experience I've ever had. It's already stressful enough to move but these guys made it much worse. One mover told us he had a "one touch" policy in moving furniture. If it wasn't labeled or I was in another room with the other mover and ge set it down, he made a huge deal out of moving rooms. They just set the couch in the center of the room and when I asked to moving it backwards a foot, one of the movers said "ma'am, it's not going to be perfect". I hired movers because I'm 34 weeks pregnant and can lift very little. I was not aware that they offer no assistance in placing furniture where it's supposed to go. Also, when I called to schedule I sue I ally asked if they do furniture assembly like bed frames. That told me yes. One of the movers (same one whom I believe his name was Jacob) said that furniture assembly was not included and our beds were therefore not assembled. Biggest waste of money for a "professional" moving service. To top it off, our 2 movers fought the entire time. I wouldn't see them for 20min and they were in our POD yelling at each other. It was so bad our neighbors said something about how uncomfortable it made them. What a nightmare experience.
