  Not happy at all with this Agency. Coordinator didn't seem at all to care about my concerns or the Patient will being which is my mother. Never asked why I kept requesting new Aides. Never asked what was the problem. When I would call her responds was "Yes" never, how can I help you or what can I do for you. The Aides themselves don't know what they are doing, I am always teaching them, which is exhaust. One Aide borrowed a luggage, broke it and never returned it. Speaking to the coordinator about it, she placed the blame on me, go figure. My next move is going somewhere else. Do I think they care if we leave, Not At All. Agencies like these, should be shut down, that will be the only way they will clean up their act.
