  I never got to purchase because they have only ever been open one time. Seriously the store hours are a joke they leave super early and it's the middle of the day they're supposed to be open but it's closed. The girls were rude only the gentleman actually did his job. They also have a "specific type" of clientele. Probably wouldn't go there again if they ever were open.

  Love them!!! Reasonable prices and everyone is knowledgeable (even the gentlemen) about human hair, the care and products to keep hair looking good and manageable. Even after I colored the human hair I purchased, the hair it's flowing not tangle and without that dull dry look! ...The lady in the store told me how and what to use to keep moisture in the hair. Customer service is great and everyone is polite. I recommend all try them!!....Thanks again loving my hair, see you next week to pick up that wig I had my eye on!!!

  SCAM! DO NOT USE! It knots, tangles, sheds. They say you can dye it and bleach it and you can't! I purchased Brazilian "100% unprocessed human hair" the lady told me I could bleach the hair and all I did was bring it to a reputable salon and have them dye it black (simple process) and the knots, tangles, and sheds. I called them hoping they could do something about it, maybe give me a new pack or some money back because I understand that there are bad batches of hair but the lady told me there is no such thing as a bad batch of hair. I have been buying human hair for over 5 years now and I know when it isn't real hair. If they would have done something about it, it would have made me feel a lot better. They didn't care at all. JUST BEWARE!
