  I had a terrible experience with Tony Mann from Elite. Very aggressive and rude sales person who doesn’t understand that unsolicited calls and emails are an annoyance in today’s business world. I told him that I wasn’t interested but it didn’t stop him from being continuing to call my company, being rude to my staff and demanding to talk to the CFO. Maybe you should audit your internal processes before anything else.
