  Truly a great group to work with. Quick, efficient, and decent prices. Results are glowing as well and if needed, I will be using them again in the future.

  Please note, as they never got the job done the rating for quality and value for money is not relevant. My review is focused only on customer service as I can't speak for other criteria. Home advisor made the connection between us for placing gutter covers. Three very nice people showed up and and gave off a very good impression. I chose their service and tried scheduling with them and this is where it all went downhill; every time I contacted them and was told they'll call me back they disappeared and I had to follow up myself. I let that pass as they said that they are a family business and I wanted to support them and besides, the guy I was in touch with was very apologetic and led me to think that he appreciates my business. Alas we scheduled for a certain day at 9 AM. We just had a baby so I had to make special arrangements for that day. When they didn't show up I texted at 9:15 to confirm that they were indeed planning on arriving. The response was painful and came about half an hour later: "sorry we can't make it today". I know it's a small job and I would have been okay with postponing to another day with little heads up but cancelling like that last second was the last straw. I will be hiring someone else. Added this several days after my initial post and updated my review to neutral; my sincere condolences, I just got a phone call explainning that there was a death in the family that led to this misunderstanding.

  I was extremely pleased with Elite Builders & Home Improvement from beginning to end. They were very knowledgeable and informed me every step of the way with my Chimney Repair. The price was fair & the repair was fairly Quick. The Chimney looks GREAT. Thank you Elite Builders. I will contact you in the future for new projects. I would definitely recommend ELITE Builders to my family and close friends!!!
