::This is the worst place i have ever ordered from! Our food was an hour late and when they brought our food they forgot the 2-liter i ordered, and the driver said he’d bring it back but never showed!!! Our food was disgusting the fries were soggy and mushy like they has been dropped it into water. My fiancé had ordered a fish sandwich that was soo overly fried he couldn’t even bite it. Our sandwiches bread was also soggyand mushy. We called back 5xs and they said they’d make the food over and bring it back, and guess what; they never showed up!!!! This was ridiculous for the price we paid. Never order from here it’s worst than your worst nightmare!!!!

::Just order bosco stick the girl didn’t even want to take my name for my order. When I go to pick up my order they tried to charge an additional.50 on my debit card because they didn’t know I was pay with a card. I informed the guy who is the manager that she never asked how I was paying let alone she barely wanted to take my name for my order. Then got mad because I said if you charge me more than what the price is then I will be disputing the charges and calling the BBB. I’ll never order from this location EVER AGAIN

::OMG! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! HORRIFYING "CUSTOMER SERVICE" This place is run by humans dumber than rocks! The manager on duty tonight, Sam, wouldn't even tell me when his boss would be there so I could file a complaint. The kid answering the file only asked one word questions, absolutely no greeting, rude, impatient and flustered. I told him I had an Entertainment coupon and he told me he needed to get his manager. Then Sam the manager on duty, if that is even his real name, argued with my complaint and told me I had to give the driver my printed coupon before he would even take my order. I said, that's fine, I can't print it off the app before the driver gets here. He wasn't having that either and explained that they weren't even supposed to be in the Entertainment book. I said we'll, you are and that's not my problem. I told him that this was a terrible first impression of this establishment and that I would never buy food from this location ever. He then said to me okay good, I will make a note not to ever take your order. Are they kidding me? From someone who works in retail with tremendous focus on customer service, this entire experience was absolutely ridiculous. Thank goodness for the location on Watson Road who listened to my horrible experience with a Gravois location. I told them they were not in my delivery area and that I would drive to them and they offered to deliver the pizza to me and honor my coupon. They get five stars. The Gravois location should get -5 Stars

::Ordered food thru their online ordering system. Hr goes by & no word of where it is. I call to find out where my pizza is & they tell me their printer is broke so they can't see the order. They tell me they're trying to get ahold of GrubHub...but I didn't use GrubHub. Lady offers to take my order now...nah I already waited a hr...I'll go elsewhere. This isn't worth it, I'll never order from here again & if you do, I highly recommend calling & not doing online or you'll have the same issue.
