  In 2016, Joseph took a very long time to install my landscape lighting and several lights have never worked. He installed the lights backwards (pointing to the street) and never came back to repair it after many calls. Stay away from this company.

  Joseph called 20 minutes after the scheduled lunch time appointment to say that he had 2 flat tires earlier that morning, which pushed back all of his scheduled appointments for that day. He then said that he would come later that same day after 5pm. He said that he would call around 3:30 to let me know specifically what time after 5 that he would come. He never called at 3:30. I called him twice and left messages asking what time he would arrive. He never called.....never showed up. Don't waste your time with this pond company. They don't want your business!
