  I have been going to Elegant Nails since they opened and so has my daughter. I always get my nails done by Jenny and she does a good job. However, now that they are established in the community, they do a terrible job of making you wait when you have an appointment. It has happened to us countless times. I often take it and wait even though I never go there without an appointment and I always ask for an appointment for a time convenient to Jenny. It happened again yesterday afternoon. I had a 2:00 appointment and I arrived 5 minutes before. Jenny was just starting another customer and applying tips. Why would you do that knowing you have a customer in 5 minutes. Every pedicure chair was taken. No apologies - no nothing. At 2:20 I walked out and do not plan to return. I tip 50% by the way. So I hope making me wait was worth it for all of you!

  They are wonderful. Jenny and Maggie are consistently excellent. Give great back massages while waiting for nails to dry. These ladies are the BEST!!!!!

  Made an appointment for 5:45 PM on a Wednesday evening as a first time client. When I arrived, I was told that I would have to wait until 6:30 PM. Why have appointments if you can not honor them. I could understand 15 minutes, but not a 45 minute wait.
