  They have gone down hill and should! They have a group called Acceptance Now that is a Predatory Lender in each location in the area! I used to like their stores & can't imagine ANYONE promoting such business practices. Research this group of con artist before you ever go to this company or purchase anything from them again. Numerous Better Business Bureau complaints.They do a bait & switch as far as what you receive. My Samsung Duo Flex oven arrived without a box. They did not install just left in middle of kitchen. I was purchasing my stove on a 90 day plan & came in to pay off on the 90th day. What I owed & what they said I owed even on the paper they gave me as schedule. They charged an additional $350.99! I will update this post as I'm researching my legal options! BEWARE!

  I went into this location for a simple part to install my own radio. First, they argued that it was even a part that I need. Then one of the guys said he would just go get it i. The back. 30 minutes later he brings out the part covered in sawdust and scratched up and tries to cover it up with a new bag and fill it as a new part. Not going back!!

  Bought a TV here, turned out not to fit where I planed to put it so I took it back. No problems buying or returning. Everyone was friendly and professional. I will shop there again.

  Staff was very helpful, and knowledgeable. We bought two TVs from this store because the prices were just as good if not better than Best Buy during Black Friday ( and had the items we wanted in stock). We found out one was damaged when we got it home and Zion took care of us the right way. Our experience was quick, headache-free and top notch. Would and have recommended this store to other people.
