  We ordered a battery for our fork lift from them over 3-4 weeks ago. This would be the 5th time for the same battery, so we are a repeat customer. When we call, we can't get an answer on the delivery and the girl receptionist becomes annoyed when we call for an update. We challenged here on her tone and attitude with us, and she sarcastically thanked me for the "reprimand". Bad response !! Unfortunately, it is time to find a different source for us. They always were a good company for us, but their customer service girl could use a little work on her style when dealing with actual customers on the phone.

  Good service! Used battery for cheap and they even came out and changed it for me in under 15 minutes!

  Used to deal with this place when they were located in West Milford. THE only place to get your batteries, for anything...
