  A quality butcher shop that has a good selection of meats to include sandwich and sausage delectables. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They offer on site butchering and a website that will answer questions about serving sizes and other need to know party planning. I purchased three nice sized ribeye steaks and cooked the the same day. They melted in my mouth! I will definitely be going back.

  This is my new favorite place! Sustainably sourced meat and poultry that is pasture-raised and grass-fed. That staff is amazing and the shop is in a groovy little marketplace. Tell a friend and support a great local business!

  Outstanding cuts, sausages, and service. I'm an OF immigrant from NYC/Manhattan -- and this wonderful joint would easily be within NYC's top-ten (even #1)...

  I ordered four pieces of lamb chops to see whether I would order it for my weekend party. Well it beat my expectations! It was the most delicious lamb chops I have had in a while! I would highly suggest these guys! Thank you.

  Absolutely the best beef I've ever had. Better than you get at Mastro's, Morton's, Flemings or Cut, yes even Cut which is ridiculously good. If you have never had true pasture raised beef, do yourself a favor and visit ECB and purchase your favorite cut. You'll be blow away with the difference. I used to by Prime meat at Cost Co but it pales in comparison to their quality. But be forewarned, your grocery bill is going to go up substantially. Once you have it, there is no turning back, it is that good.
