  Dr. Vaughn has been excellent, and has been available for any urgent situations. I have had no issues with any of the staff.

  I love the Doctor and the hygienist but the scheduling people are rude and awful, taking my business somewhere else! Sad!

  I have seen Dr. Vaughan a few times over a very long period of time - just moved back to Nashville. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The biggest thing I've noticed that is different from other practices I've visited is they take actual time to discuss treatment options. As to the previous reviews discussing reception staff, I can't really speak to that as I've only really signed in and the follow up was handled by the hygienists. Practice is also very flexible; I've had 3 visits in less than 2 weeks to get everything sorted out.

  Agree with earlier review. Staff is fine, but receptionists and scheduling people don't seem to really care. Dr. Roy is spinning in his grave!

  While your staff were great, I wont be returning. Ive recieved several very rude calls from your receptionist due to some kind of mailing error (which was either her fault or the mail services fault and not mine) she accussed me of lying about my address!
