  Went here on my Birthday and i had a great time. The service was great tbe food was delicious and the margaritas were THA BOMB! I WILL BE VISITING AGAIN

  Haven't visited there in awhile. Did a take-out menu because I wasn't feeling like sharing my sniffles and sneezes with the other customers. Ordered two Margarita Specials both with chicken and steak, one- no mushrooms (they Nutty Professor me). Get ALLLLLLLLL the way home. They both have mushrooms and NO cheese sauce. Rice just as dry as Sahara Desert air. As far as chopping onions and bell peppers go, they sliced them in 8ths and threw them right on in. Chew your food 32 times, but chew this steak 64 times because its tough.... I gave them 2 stars, but lemme take one away. Service was great with a smile and food was up and out in a matter of less than 30 minutes, but my food was so much of a disappointment as far as preparation and taste.... just a slap in the face.

  The staff at El Toro Loco is truly what sets them apart from any other Mexican restaurant experience you will find in Memphis. The food is amazing, but the detail to service and ensuring that people are taken care of is what keeps me coming back everytime. You get a great quality and quantity of food for the amount of money you pay and pretty much 9/10 times you get there you will not experience much of a wait to be seated or get your food. Just be slow on the liquor drinks because they are strong!!!!

  Very friendly staff, brought out chips and salsa right away... warm chips good salsa. Had a good happy hour margarita, Good food large serving.

  Great service. I wasn't a particular fan of the food, but my boyfriend loved it. Prices were good. Overall, a great place.
