  I ate at this restaurant three times and each time the food was distinctly sub-par. Dry, bland, and expensive compared to other local restaurants serving the same or similar cuisine.

  The food is good and the people are nice. It's good to go soon after they open so you can get fresh food. I like that Cleveland had a diverse population as it makes for great culinary experiences.

  We love El Taino! The food is authentic, hot and ready to eat when you walk in the door! The atmosphere is not eye catching and could use a serious face-lift but I am not there to judge the interior decorations, I am only judging the food I have had. I will always go as long as the doors are open! The Chicken stew is the best and the Rice and beans are awesome. I always get an order to go so I can share with my family.
