::It's a nice parking place in the heart of los Angeles downtown. Nothing much to say, if you really want to get parking spot, better take a chance. It's always full.

::Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I came to pay my bill and was met with rude comments... hurry up comments! The lady was extremely rude and had a negative attitude! I will never park my car here. I will tell everyone I know not too ever park at this location. This was very upsetting since I had my daughter with me and we had a great time before we came to pick up my vehicle .

::CAR STOLEN Got into the parking lot, no one there to advice lot is full, "luckily" someone was heading out and got a space, 3Hrs later - CAR GONE. There are signs about the closing hour and fines for overnight stay with citation for staying past business hours and towing warning for overnight stay. We only found one sign with 2 phone numbers - L.A.P.D which it was wrong and also a Towing company which they stated that they don't work in there since is a "private property". No office phone number, neither a person to talk to or ask about this issue. PARK HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK

::Today I used the parking lot restrooms as well as the parking structure next to the church/across the Olvera Street Mall, and the restrooms were not even close to decent, actually, every time that I've come (once or twice a year) it's the same thing if not worse. The parking fees are expensive enough to pay employees to keep the restrooms clean, stocked and in decent conditions.
