  Had the double chicken tostada bowl. Very fresh and tasty. The dine area could have been cleaned up a bit. Floor was sticky from spilled drinks. But food and staff was great.

  The most filthy pollo loco i've been in my life, not only the tables, but the trash cans were full...a lot of people working but nobody wants to clean i guess...🙄 We have to leave our plates like everyone else on top of the table, chicken bones everywhere....that was disgusting...🤢🤮

  5:50 pm 5/2/23 I used to drive out of my way just to come to this location because the customer service and the food was better than other locations in my area. What the heck happened? When I drove up to the window I ask if I. Could please have a second cilantro dressing. She kind of freaked out on me. Yelled at me and told me “how many do you want because I’m going to charge.” I told her that was ok, I am just asking for one extra. When I left she leaned out the window, waved at me and said “you have yourself a nice night.” I pulled over and looked in my bag and at my receipt. She charged me but not even one dressing in the bag. I walked in and the manager was rude. Told me “I’m not going to give you an extra one if she didn’t charge you.” Lady, she charged me and she purposely did not put any dressing in the bag. So, I was charged for an extra dressing and I still didn’t get an extra dressing and the food was as stale as the service.

  Was there yesterday at 5pm. Wanted to treat my family. Place was not busy. Placed orders for two family packs, 12 and 10 pieces. Once I got home we found side orders were ok, but most chicken pieces were overcooked and dry. Got embarrassed in front of my family. That's my last visit at this location.

  i saw a huge line in the drive thru and attempted to go inside but the doors were locked at noon on a sunday afternoon. that just did not make any sense to me. the drive thru line was extremely slow as i had to line up all the way in the back after not being able to order inside. the burrito i ordered was very well made, hot and fresh tasting. the nachos we ordered were the complete opposite as they didn't put enough of the toppings so it was basically paying $5 for some chips.
