  Their 🍗 is absolutely delicious. 🥤 are too watered down and my 🥑 wasn't fresh but I would still give them another chance (for that chicken lol).

  I absolutely adore pollo loco one of my favorites.I recommend one of those tostada salads. Delish!

  I love cashing in on coupon deals here. This particular location never has a huge drive thru line so it's nice when you're on the go. They do take coupons in the drive through so that's definitely convenient.

  I ordered a two piece meal. When my order was called, I asked for my drink cup. The girl told me she didn't charge me for a drink because the machine was broken. She should have let me know the machine was broken so I could make other decisions for a drink. I would have liked to know that before I ordered. She did offer me a water cup for water when I asked for my drink. Not impressed with their level of professionalism. Also the side walk was full of homeless begging for change. Made it hard to walk past them.
