::NEVER GO HERE!!! YOU WILL OVERPAY FOR EVERYTHING!!! They tried to charge me over $4.00 for a small rice and bean burrito. At other locations it's $1.65!!! I asked the manager "why the outrageous priceing?", He answered, "we pay high rent here , so we pass that cost on to the consumer". He agreed that $4.00 was a crazy price for rice and beans. I told him there was no way Iwould pay those high prices. I noticed that everything on their menu was at least DOUBLE the price of non downtown L.A. prices. So, I will NEVER buy food from that location. The owner is gougeing the customer and I won't be his fool!!! I urge you never to go hear and pay half the price at another location, I will tell my friends and family to never go here as well. The reason for the high prices may partially be because of rent, but with two price increases over the last year.... It's jus plain greed!!!

::I ordered through postmates. I specified "creamy cilantro dressing" for both tostada salads. They arrived w stale broken shells, poorly made. No cilantro dressing included at all. When I called the store they said they had cilantro dressing and blamed the mistake on the delivery driver. Postmates credit me $5 on each item, but I DONT WANT IT. It's not what i ordered. Chicken is burnt, shell is stale and arrived broken. Furthermore there was no cilantro dressing w my order. TERRIBLE service through postmates AND this store. Poor presentation. Disgusting.

::Love El Pollo Loco. Good price for lot of food. The ingredients were fresh and the staff was nice. We bought one Tostada for two people. The food came out quickly. Very filling. Price is reasonable.
