  Ordered a shrimp tostada but they give me a chicken tostada. Better check your order in the restaurant before leaving to make sure they give the right one.

  This particular store Always runs out of breasts, at least once a month. Complaints are ignored. 2 other nearby stores never have problems, so it's gotta be Poor Management.

  CHECK YOUR MEAL BEFORE LEAVING. it's wrong a lot of the time. The chicken served is sometimes old and dry, and the tortilla soup is super bland. However, the sauces seem to taste a bit better here than in other locations.

  The food is delicious, delectable, mouthwatering, tasty, delightful, gorgeous, lip smacking, yummy, wonderful in taste and aroma; never unappetizing, unappealing, or tasteless. They put new organic drinks that are so addicting! My family and I always get the organic drinks. And don't get me started with the music. The songs I hear while eating are the best combinations to an outstanding meal. The songs are the songs you hear in your radio when you get into your car. They also have delicious desserts! I ❤ Pollo Loco! 🍗🍴🍹🍮
