  We ordered 2pc breast and wing. With corn tortilla, loco salad and rice. They gave us flour tortilla. The rice was under done. Chicken was ok.

  The place was clean, people were working hard, the place was busy that means the food was great. My only complaint is that people were not friendly, but they did say “welcome to el Pollo Loco”.

  Incredibly rude and unprofessional employee, he said his name was Luis, completely ignored me for over 5 minutes at the pick up. If I don't check the order he just tossed over the counter , i wiuld be inside waiting for my order, when he finally did me the favor of talking to me , i asked him for the drink, he rude and despicable grabbed the order and treated me like if I was stealing it. After confirming my order he just left . I told him his customer service wass inexistent, expecting just an apology that would've prevented this review, but instead, the was SARCASTIC AS GELL YELLING AT ME , BYEEEEEEE HAVE A GOOD DAYYYYYY. In front of other employees and several customer. I wonder ifall the workers doing minimum wage or less than 20 per hour have that horrible attitude. Maybe smelling like chicken and grease all the time , Claude their judgment. Who knows.

  Almost all the food was bland. The chicken, the rice, the beans - there was no seasoning at all, not even salt. The only thing that wasn't bland was the churros which were very cinnamon-y, and the salad that comes with the family feast meal was also good. They do give you a hard time when you ask for salsa or ask for the dressing they were supposed to give you for the salad. Not the best experience I've had at this pollo loco and the chicken has severely gone done in taste since the last time I ate here.

  Tried their new menu, taste was okay but too little food. Got extra two pieces of chicken still not enough.
