  I wasn't really comfortable being there. This place looks like a low budget restaurant despite being a part of a chain. The tables and chairs seem to be of low quality and it's not making me feel too good about being here. The tables in the surrounding area appear to be quite dirty. It's easy to see why so many people opt for drive-thru services when ordering food. As I was sitting in a restaurant, feasting on my chicken bowl, I noticed a homeless community in the parking lot outside. Suddenly, I was taken aback when a woman came inside, barely clothed, and requested a cup of water before quickly leaving. It was such a random and unexpected encounter! Ten minutes later, I noticed that the woman was injured on her head. As she was bleeding, someone quickly appeared and promptly called for an ambulance and firefighters to come to the rescue. Hopefully, they'll be able to provide her with the care she needs. Was a full drama encounter just to finish my lunch.

  Chicken was dry. Someone told me not to eat their, but I wanted to try the Chicken. If they can cook their chicken to be moist, not dried out, I would eat their. The cold slaw & corn was very good.

  I wanted to love this location but nope the chicken was so dry. The rice was old. What a waste. Their service was good but the food was trash.

  This is the worst place, my Nacho were like if it was throw in the plate, & OMG the supposedly Chicken soup I order when I open it Literally was just a few pieces of vegetables about 2 strains of chicken and the rest was liquid. I promise you never eat here again TERRIBLE!!!! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME AT THIS PLACE THAT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING...

  I must say disappointing but let's face it El Pollo Loco how much excitement when do items should there really be in this case I went with the birria tacos, well I'll say the tacos were okay on a scale of 1 to 10 I'll give him a three maybe four on the other hand the consomme literally tasted like enchilada sauce and the fact that they give you a cup and it's only filled up a quarter of the way makes it even worse
