  John at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helped me plan my Amtrak voyage. He knew the schedule cold and also minute details concerning baggage and pay structure. This is a beautiful station with a courteous staff. Highly recommended.

  We left our second laptop under the seat of the train at the El Paso stop. The Amtrak employees bent over backwards and really went above and beyond to get that to us as soon as possible. Ms. Lupe at the station is to be commended for giving us various ways to get it back. Thanks to Lupe, our wonderful conductor, and the employees at a gas station at the Deming stop, we got our laptop (desperately needed for school) back within two hours. I love these people. Thank you Amtrak!

  Man, it would be nice if there weren't so many crack heads trying to hop on the train to get free snacks.

  No vending machines. One water fountain with warm tap water. Due to Harvey there were train issues. We had an extensive layover/delay. El Paso Station is large in red brick and is a nice looking design.

  Trains always on time and staff are the finest in the south. Only Texans know true hospitality! It's like that good ol' southern comfort'.
