  Customer service is horrible. And to get background check well if they ever open. Need to do better in fixing them working hours. Fine 0700 to early but 0800 should be a decent time. They say it's open at 0900 then I'm given a different time. I just hope when it come to actually getting what I need it works out but based on the reviews I'm expecting the worst. I gave one start because not giving one is not an option.

  Officers need much more training not at all acquainted with there neighborhood enough said , now i know why it takes them forever to respond.

  Took them more than an hour to respond to a vehicle accident on Transmountain rd. Went to pick up accident report and the lady was rude.

  Despite the reason you're there, the people tend to be nice and helpful in resolving your legal disputes.

  Called police asking for assistance and they never showed up. Called again and the dispatch told me they had already went and closed the case when they never showed up. They're very quick to give you a citation, but they won't help you out! It's happened to me twice already. And most people see them as heroes. It's very sad. They're really earning a bad reputation.
