  The website listed it as being open. We drove all the way down there, paid $5 to park and it was closed for a holiday. Complete waste of a morning and money. Not very happy.

  THIS PLACE SUCKS. Having to go through vitalcheck for a birth certificate is a rip off. An additional charge of $10 on top of the $23 for a birth certificate is preposterous. Someone is getting a kickback. The service sucks, that goes for any service from ANY government agency in this city. This city sucks!~

  Very busy here, I don't have a lot of time at any other county office's but alot of the people working here are very rude. I understand that alot of questions can't be answered because of legality but they could be nicer int their responses.
