  Bagel was good, I am not from here but I don’t understand why you can’t top off a coffee for free to warm it up when it’s 30° outside.

  I had to compare the NYC bagels to the Montreal ones, I'm glad I was able to do so before I left. Well, I still prefer the chewiness of Montreal ones, but the bagel I had was very nice and the choice of cream cheeses was impressive. The staff was also extremely nice. Smiles and good mood are always appreciated, especially when you are grumpy because you had to wake up early.

  The quality of the bagels is are sub-par compared to other Einstein locations
