I was dealing with a moody child during the morning rush, and they not only got what I needed, but also went above and beyond to cheer up my son. Once we eventually decided what we wanted, they had us in and out in record time, all while taking care of the other customers in the store.

::I love their bagels, but man their staff is eternally grumpy and consistently messes up my order. I once ordered a sandwich without Guacamole here, and they literally wiped the guacamole off the turkey with a napkin and gave it back to me. It still had that nasty green residue on my sandwich. The OJ, while expensive is fantastic.
