::Can’t have dairy. Ordered bagel without cheese. Ate half before I realized I’d be spending the rest of the day in the bathroom because they put cheese on it anyway. Awesome! 👎🏼 Gave the other half to the dogs. Wasted over $10 on a bagel I couldn’t even eat and lost an entire Saturday to the toilet. Do not recommend.

::Delicious! Haven't been to one in years, was just as good as it ever was. The staff was very friendly even though they were super busy.

::Gone from bad to worse after having eaten here over many years. The staff is SLOW with three employees working at a snails pace without sanitation, handling food with no gloves. The bagel selection (currently 10.99 for 6 bagels and shmear) is limited because the foot traffic here is low enough that they don't want to over-bake. Gone are the soda machine refills, now bottled soda and water. Agree with reviews commenting on the dirtiness--from the finger-printy front door to the stacked boxes inside the windows like a warehouse, it's unappetizing. Einstein Bros Bagels has a downward trajectory as a company, failing on the US stock exchange, then declaring bankruptcy more than once, and now it's "pass the potato" through multiple conglomerate owners that simply do not care about the brand. This Champaign location is one that we used to frequent, then less so as it became poorly managed, and now it's to the point that we will never return. Do not let the owner responses to these reviews (many of which aren't authentic) sway you...you need to pass on this hidden, no-traffic location. POST-SCRIPT: Sure enough, the corporate bot replies to this and all reviews with "we care, contact us with details". The reviews HAVE the details. Fix it! Avoid this location, folks.

::I always love when I grab breakfast here. A work colleague recommended them for our first work breakfast and I was HOOKED. Great tasty food, welcoming atmosphere and some great coffee to boot. I look forward to every chance I get to treat myself to a great breakfast sandwich.

::Explain to me, HOW'S that $6.19 as well as the added tomato??? And the customer service is wretched(both drive thru & inside)!! This isn't the 1st time, but definitely the last for this store. The workers as well as the manager ARE very rude. No "Hello", "Thank You" just "You can order", "Total", & they get VERY annoyed when scanning your rewards bar. When speaking to the manager, they just double down on their rudeness. Not apologetic AT ALL!! I won't let them redo it. I couldn't it eat because I wouldn't trust them. I understand the pressure of dealing with the public, but that gives them no right to treat people as if we're a bother for coming.
