  I just had the worst experience at this Einstein location. Horrible customer service. They were near their closing time and didn't want to dirty their coffee machine so they said that there was no latte. My bagel was under toasted (when I clearly asked for extra toasted) and when I asked them to toast again they just threw away my bagel and made me wait forever before giving me a burnt one. Throughout the ordeal, not even an apology or a thank You for my tested patience. I’ll stay away from this place.

  The food and coffee are always delicious but they are always out of coffee, half and half and most of the bagels. It was not even 9 and bagels we wanted were gone. Then they give the last bagel we wanted to someone who came in after and took the bagels to go. They need to be more prepared for the rush.

  I had been in last month and had an awesome experience friendly staff but this past week I went they had a different person in the back I had never seen. The guy in the back did not have gloves wiped his nose with his fingers and then proceeded to go to the freezer, took bagel trays out, and even came to the front and was in the employees face. I am not sure what he was there but as an employee he just waited for you to notice your food was ready. Very sadly will not be going back.

  No mater the time of day the coffe is always empty. I get a half a cup of one kind and try and fill it with another. Literally every time I go I have to wait for coffee. Today I just dumped what I had and got a sprite and left. I'll visit a location further away for now on.
