::Only 4 varieties of bagels avail. NO plain, sesame, everything, poppyseed, etc. when questioned attendant could not give reason. Annoying .ordered toasted abacado - bagel was not toasted! Tuesday Jan 9 at 8 AM

::They were very nice. Ran out if regular cream cheese and the lady was very nice and apologetic. Bagel was good and we tried different cream cheese

::Very slow - employees were having problems reading the charts in order to assemble a bagel sandwich - apparently it takes three of them to just do that. Constant diversion and order rearrangement and...I finally had to ask for a refund as my plane was boarding. More shuffling with the nearby bar (who apparently runs it) and foot-dragging employees who wouldn't touch the cash... Some things you can't make up. There needs to be a serious review of management - the guy running this talked the talk but there's no walk (or productivity) behind it. Avoid this particular outlet - other operations are good to great.

::The employees here do their best. But you will be waiting in a long, slow moving line. I have no idea why people insist on ordering the most complicated bagel and coffee orders at an airport bagel shop. This isn't your local Starbucks.

::We waited in line for 20 minutes( which is not what I'm complaining about, we saw the line and chose to stand in it). When we got to the counter the lady was less than welcoming (maybe she hadn't had her coffee yet either). She asks for our order and takes it. As we go to give her our card, she just looks at us like we were idiots and told us she was taking cash only. No where did we see a sign that they were only taking cash and not one person working there said anything about it the entire time we were in line. Waste of time and rude cashier.
