  Sadly our order is incorrect. We did not get the one and only bagel ordered. Staff definitely appears to be scrambled and working with no supervision.

  The food is always good, but the service is the worst I've ever experienced at any chain restaurant. It takes them sometimes 30 minutes to complete an order, and the staff are consistently rude to their customers, or just plain don't listen to them during their order. I went for coffee and a bagel this morning and after waiting solo in line for almost 10 minutes, the person called me up to the register, started to take my order, then literally turned and walked away to do something else while I was mid-sentence. No explanation, no nothing; they weren't even that busy, but regardless this specific location always feels understaffed and poorly run. The Del Mar location is far better in terms of service. While the food is usually worth the wait, I don't recommend coming here if you're ever in a hurry.
