  I have now been waiting over 25 minutes for a iced coffee. Seriously in disbelief. I highly recommend against coming here if you are in any kind of hurry.

  The bagels are great - they also have other options besides just shmear on top. The service could have been quicker but the staff was very friendly!

  Almost the whole staff seemed really pissed off too be there, like they just wanted to hurry with the order so you wouldn't have to talk to them. Even when I said thank you when they brought my order the barista never made eye contact, replied "Yeah" in a angry monotone voice and walked away. Only time I've ever been to an Einstein Bros. Only compliment I can give was the coffee and beagle sandwich I bought was well made. Overall if all Einstein chains have employees like this I don't want to go back.

  The bagels and bagel sandwiches are good. However the employees here seem really lazy. Don't expect them to slice your bagels or even ask if you want them sliced, because they won't bother. They've messed up my sandwiches before leaving items off like bacon. Also, they don't make enough of their signature bagels. Have gone in there multiple times and they are completely out a particular bagel a couple hours after they open. Like, make more bagels. What's it going to cost you to have too many bagels? 10 cents each? I've walked out without buying anything because they didn't have what I wanted. Also, they got rid of their awesome tea dispensers. Now all they have to drink are bottled drinks, soft drinks, and coffee. Whatever. They could do a better job here. Disappointing.
