  Asinine service from the cashier where you pay. Went in on this beautiful morning to get a egg sandwich and tried to use my rewards. Unapologetically said “we’re out of the cream for the sandwich and the rewards still down” to the manager or the older gentleman in the black shirt. They just stood there and waited for me to ‘figure out’, in which I did by walking out and going to another Einstein’s close by where I am now enjoying my sandwich on my rewards 😃

  Fast service. Easy to carry to go box. Overwhelming menu but they know it and try to make it easy for you by giving space for reviewing menu.

  I love Einstein Bagels for their delicious food and coffee. I usually have a great experience, however, this location has awful management.

  DONT EAT HERE! Dirty! Another customer had their supposed 'service dog' sitting on one of the tables with its butt flat. Then the dog was standing on the table eating out of the person's food. Manager said they couldn't say anything. Under AZ law, the manager could have asked if it was a service dog and if it was trained
