I was a bit taken aback by how happy the staff were. Not in the usual "you are required to greet each customer with a smile" sort of way, but actually genuinely in a great mood. Their positivity was infectious. They also give you a pretty decent discount on your coffee if you bring your own vessel - a big plus for the "green" minded. I shudder to think of how many paper cups I've discarded in my life.

Good bagels with even better cream cheese. Mocha latte was good too

Bagels are great. But don't order coffee here. When your coffee is made wrong and tastes awful. Saying "we are not Starbucks" is not really the answer.

I've been here maybe 3 or 4 times over the years. Always had a good sandwich but feel the prices are a little steep for the offerings. The bagels and schmears are delicious though!

Came in the morning a couple days and it was maybe my third time trying Einstein’s ever, so I did not have a usual order yet. I felt rushed to decide by the reluctant and annoyed cashier and he made me feel uncomfortable so I quickly tried to order food and a coffee but the damn menu was literally on the OTHER side of the counter when you pick up....so I had to go down there just to read it and then after I apparently bothered the cashier by ordering, I then waited maybe a total of 7 minutes, which was nice, for my sandwich and coffee but the coffee was about a third foam. Overall the food itself was yummy but very salty (bacon, cheese and egg on an everything bagel with reg cream cheese) and the coffee (vanilla hazelnut) was good once I scooped out the foam πŸ™„ Note to self, know the whole menu before you go in or else the employees will hate you πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ πŸ–•πŸΌ
