::Avoid this Einsteins at all costs. Went there and stood in line, after taking my order, waiting to pay for 10 min with two toddlers while they helped the drive thru instead. Service was terrible. Then Today I go to use my survey code from before and they won't take it because the item was already on sale. I checked coupon very closely and it says $1 off any order. This place is disorganized and a poor excuse for an Einstein Bagels. Does make me feel better though to see so many other bad reviews. It clearly isn't just me.

::How can a bagel shop NEVER have bagels ? We've been there at least 5 times in the past month, they NEVER have onion and rarely have plain. I've gone anywhere from 8am to 10am and they've been out of bagels EVERYTIME, IT'S RIDICULOUS. We just moved to this side of town, I guess I'll be making the trip to the one on Eastern, they never "run out" of bagels. NO BAGELS AT A BAGEL SHOP - WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT !!! I've also been given the WRONG order on several occasions, nothing worse than getting all the way home just to find out you CANNOT eat what you were given. I called and they were rude. DEFINITELY the worst Einsteins on the south end of Vegas.

::I know it's busy I understand that so I wasn't surprised I had to wait 20 minutes for a bagel but to get the order wrong and make me wait another 20 minutes. Come on. That was frustrating. I would say slow down and take the order correctly but they were already slow enough.
